Sister Debbye Cannon suggest that as part of our personal emergency preparedness we create “shelf meals.” By this she means meals in a bag that can be easily picked up and carried with you in the event of an emergency. This way, you have one less thing to worry about as you adjust to the disruption of the emergency.
